Transcription Services

We offer quality research-centric transcriptions, recorded by real human beings at economical prices.

Researchers and analysts at heart, we appreciate the value of great transcripts. Recently in searching for a transcript service provider, we found a dearth in both quality and fair pricing being offered across the category. While we appreciate AI within the research industry, its inability to capture the nuance of group discussions creates a big barrier to use. And while the bigger firms quote reasonable pricing structures in the beginning, once “analysing” the files those quotes quickly become unmanageable. To this end, we decided to launch our own transcription service in 2018 to address this need and provide quality service to our valued clients at a reasonable price.

As this is not an automated service, estimation of delivery will be provided at the time of submission, but most files have a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time. We provide 1 client review following our submission of the final transcript, and if needed a re-edit will be conducted.
